ARNOLD SPLIT

5 day

The Daily Swell 1.0 Split was used from Fall 2022 til Summer 2024. I used this split to grow my upper body and prep for 2 bodybuilding shows. You’ll be completing the exact same workouts, exercises, sets and reps that I did, every single day. Backed by my 14+ years training, you can enhance your experience and speed up your progress by skipping the trial and error and get right to the results.

You can complete my workouts in the same order or whatever order makes sense for you!

Sets and Reps

You should be increasing the weight with each set and just barely able to get the required reps in while maintaining good form. The goal is to increase muscle mass and the best way to do this is through progressive overload/hypertrophy.
